INGREDIENTS: Whole Oats, Cracked Corn, Cottonseed Hulls (Not More Than 14.5%), Soybean Meal, Cane Molasses, Rolled Barley, Dried Beet Pulp Shreds, Ground Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Vegetable Oil, Corn Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles, Cottonseed Meal, Wheat Middlings, Ground Extruded Whole Soybeans, Dried Cane Molasses, Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D-3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Choline Chloride, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Vitamin B-12 Supplement, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Potassium Chloride, Dried Aspergillus oryzae Fermentation Product, Zinc Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Cobalt Sulfate, Sodium Selenite, Lignin Sulfonate, Zinc Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Propionic Acid (a preservative).
CAUTION: A withdrawal time has not been established for preruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. Do not allow horses or other equines access to formulation containing Monensin. Ingestion of Monensin by equines has been fatal. Monensin medicated cattle and goat feed is safe for use in cattle and goats only. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors resulting in high concentrations of Monensin has been fatal to cattle and could be fatal to goats. Must be thoroughly mixed in feeds before use. Do not feed undiluted. Do not exceed the levels of Monensin recommended in the feeding directions as reduced average daily gains may result. If feed refusals containing Monensin are fed to other groups of cattle, the concentration of Monensin in the refusals and amount of refusals fed should be taken into consideration to prevent Monensin overdosing.
LIMITATIONS: For increased rate of weight gain, feed at a rate of 50 to 200 milligrams Monensin per head per day in not less than 1 pound of feed or, after the 5th day, feed at a rate of 400 milligrams per head per day every other day in not less than 2 pounds of feed. For prevention and control of coccidiosis, feed at a rate of 0.14 to 0.42 milligram per pound of body weight per day, depending on severity of challenge, up to 200 milligrams per head per day. During first 5 days of feeding, cattle should receive no more than 100 milligrams per day in not less than 1 pound of feed.
WARNING: THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE USAGE LEVEL OF THIS PREMIX IS 1386.2 POUNDS PER TON OF FINISHED FEED. AT THIS USAGE, 0.3 PPM (272.2MG/TON) OF SELENIUM WILL HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE FINISHED FEED.
CAUTION: FEEDING ADDED SELENIUM AT LEVELS IN EXCESS OF 0.3 PPM IN THE TOTAL DIET IS PROHIBITED.
FEEDING DIRECTIONS: Feed at a rate to provide 0.14 to 0.42 mg per pound of body weight per day, depending upon severity of challenge, up to a maximum of 200 mg per head per day. During the first 5 days, cattle should receive no more than 100 mg per day. Provide plenty of clean, fresh water at all times.
Storage Recommendation: Feed is perishable. Store this product in a clean, dry, and well ventilated area away from rodents and insects.
